the grind

Not in the mood to journal - just gonna suck it up and do it. Will get numbers later.

bfast - Atkins shake (vanilla) 2 pieces of string cheese

lunch1 - Baked chicken florentine lean cuisine

lunch2 - 3 oz. lean pork, 1.5 cups wild rice

Dinner - (confession) 10 chicken nuggets

some chami tea before bed
