Lunch ( I don't remember what I ate. Wasn't much but we will call it 5g for the sake of things.)

Curry shrimp
8 shrimp 2g
5 tsp coconut milk 2 g
2 tsp cooked veg 3g
15 g carbs for the fucking day....
